Rethinking how creative teams work, lead, and grow
I’m a creative strategist and systems thinker focused on building the future of in-house creative leadership. My work lives at the intersection of design, structure, and humanity, helping teams organize, collaborate, and grow without losing their spark. I create the frameworks and environments where creativity moves smoothly, people feel supported, and brands can actually keep up with their ideas.
What I build
My path started at Perot Systems, where I learned to think in systems and solve problems that blend design, communication, and technology. From there, I moved into the world of retail at Pier 1 Imports, turning emotion into experience through packaging and product storytelling.
Agency life at The Starr Conspiracy showed me how to keep creativity fast, focused, and scalable for brands that were growing as quickly as their ideas. At Credly, I led a rebrand that helped transform the company into a market leader and played a key role in its 200 million dollar acquisition.
Today, I serve as Brand Systems Manager at Pearson, building and evolving a global brand identity that connects creative teams around the world. I also built two creative ventures of my own: wkns off, a studio for human-first branding, and The Great Exhibition, a mentorship community for emerging designers.
Every step has taught me the same truth. Creative work runs on people, not process. My job is to make the process work for them.

How I build it
Creative teams don’t need more control. They need confidence. I lead through empathy and structure, helping people feel grounded in their work and proud of what they create.
I believe in space to breathe.
I believe in process that supports, not suffocates.
And, I believe in leadership that listens before it directs.
The goal is never perfection. It’s progress that feels sustainable.
